Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear images or videos of the damaged or incorrect product for verification.
  • Opened or consumed food products are not eligible for refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Process

5–7 business days, or a replacement will be dispatched as per customer preference.
